Tomori - Moving Forward

「進むべき道」監督の友利です。３月の１４、１５日は『NOPPERABOU』のラストスクリー二ングイベントでした。連日多くのお客様にご来場いただき大成功で幕を降ろせたことに、まずは感謝いたします。本当にありがとうございました。鑑賞後のコメントで僕が一番嬉しかったのは、「面白かった」という一言。エンターテインメントを武器に日本と海外の文化交流を図る僕たちにとって、純粋に「面白い」作品が作れたことは何よりも嬉しいことです。もちろん「怖かった」「ストーリーがよかった」「意味深で考えさせられた」等々、大変ありがたい言葉を数々いただきました。すべてのご意見を糧に、僕たちは前に進んでいこうと考えています。さて、『NOPPERABOU』イベントを終え僕らがすべきこと。もちろんリーダーが前しか向いていないあのクリスですから、休息はありません（笑）立ち止まらず、早速次なる第三作目の着工に取り掛かっております。ラブコメディ、サスペンスホラーと来て次は…！！発表は次のストーリーテラーに譲ります。兎にも角にも今後とも、僕らTOKYO COWBOYSをよろしくお願い致します。

Tokyo Cowboys director Tomori again, and this time I’m here with a report from our March 14th and 15th “Nopperabou” last screening event! First, I was so excited and touched that so many people showed up. Thank you to everyone who came out to all three screenings from the bottom of my heart. Many people complimented “Nopperabou,” but the thing that really made me happy was that people from all over the world were able to find it interesting. Tokyo Cowboys wants to create quality entertainment that people all over the world can enjoy, so all the people coming up to me and telling me how interesting it was made me so happy. Don’t misunderstand! “It was so scary!” “The story was great!” “It really made me think!’ All of the comments and mails and messages and “likes” made us so happy! But the one that made the most happy was, “It was interesting.” Moving forward, we will take everything that we learned from our experiences with “Nopperabou” into consideration. There is a lot to think about and a lot to learn moving forward. Even though things have just about wrapped up on “Nopperabou,” Tokyo Cowboys will be back on the horse and riding again in no time. Our producer Chris has no other mode than “GO” so there is no chance of a break! He’s keeping us moving forward towards our third production. Love comedy, suspense horror, and next up is… Well, I’ll leave that announcement for another day. Until next time! Tomori Director
